Advance invoices with QR payment
The guest pays the advance by scanning PAY by square. The payment is matched with the reservation using the variable symbol.
Tax document and settlement
Upon receipt of the advance, a tax document is created; after the stay, a settlement invoice with deduction of the advance is issued – in accordance with the VAT Act.
5% VAT on accommodation
Accommodation at the reduced rate, wellness and services at 23%, local tax without VAT – on a single invoice.
Reservation system integration
REST API (balík Business) vystaví doklady samo. Opakovaná požiadavka nikdy nevytvorí duplicitu.
Foreign guests
Invoice in English or German, payment in EUR or CZK using the ECB exchange rate.
